Hi, I'm Sarah Ward from SJP Inclusive Care Consultancy.


What is SJP Inclusive Care Consultancy?

With over 21 years' experience working within the NHS, I have supported organisations to  improve services, strengthen quality assurance and deliver better outcomes with clear focus on inclusion, engagement and relationship building. I now bring that experience directly to organisation I support. 


Why do that? What is the problem?

We continue to see a rise health inequalities across United Kingdom. Complaints are increasing and we have people who are not engaging with services, because they don't know about them, can't access them or no longer engage following negative experiences. 


What does that mean? 

I want to help people thrive and feel in control of their health, care and support and by creating and improving services where people feel welcome, heard and valued. Organisations can remove barrier and make it easier for people to access the help they need when they need it.   


What difference does it make?

When people can access and engage with services, organisation benefit from fewer complaints, better engagement, stronger assurance and improved outcomes. 


Whether you're redesigning services, improving engagement or making information more accessible, I can help turn good intentions into practical action.
